Would the company you use to repair your products allow you to visit on-site and watch as they repair the units? We do. It's just one more reason you should choose M.T.I.
Many clients appreciate the transparency of our company and this is why we have provided insider information on the medical repair procedure. Here is a brief overview of the repair/maintenance process.
All equipment goes through a rigorous inspection as listed below:
Inspection for fire, water, or chemical damage. If a unit is found damaged it is marked for salvage and returned to the owner for disposal. If a unit is found in good physical appearance it is then checked for proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. If the unit is in need of repair, it is evaluated as to what is needed to operate at its best. Before repair work ever begins the unit is disassembled, cleaned and disinfected and all filters are replaced. The unit is then repaired with O.E.M. or equivalent parts and tested for operation and safety as specified by the manufacturer. When a lengthy test period is completed the unit is labeled by Medical Tectronics, Inc., with the date of repair, overall performance of the machine, and a work order sheet that is kept on file for at least ten years.
Medical Tectronics Inc. is registered and licensed with the Texas Department of State Health Services, license number: 0032871.
MTI's Repair Process Is Subject To Change As Standards Change or We See Fit.
We want you to be satisfied with your repair experience. If we can help you in any way please feel free to contact us. We have many technical manuals on-site for your convenience. Just let us know!
